Need help to talk to Gilhong in the beginning

Hi all, I just downloaded the game and started as a new player. I can't seem to get past the wake-Gilhong in the beginning. I keep mashing F key but no result. it must work because I did use it to talk and equip  the clothes at the start.

any tips from you all?

Hmm, interesting. Dudes the left NPC even when the green circle indicates otherwise. Since it is basically the first thing to do, make a new char (2are free from the start) and see if the issue happens again. I just teste it and had no issue. If the issue keeps happening a ticket might bring the solution.
