inconsistency with Salkhi the Swift

I have encountered this inconsistency several times, now, including doing "Chapter 34: A Call to Arms" with my level 54 summoner.

 

Many chapters ago, after helping Salkhi the Swift defeat Lycan the Mighty, she claims the player character as one of her pack. Later in the story line, she refers to the player character as an outsider, then again in "Chapter 34: A Call to Arms". First being claimed as a member of her pack, then being called an outside is inconsistent.

 

I know, this is a small thing, but as a story teller, this "knocks" me out of the story. Others I have mentioned this to agree with me. After several times, I decided to point this out.
