Came back after year of absence

I was away from game because I had a surgery to replace my shoulder, then it went horribly wrong took me a year to recover and they redid the surgery this time it worked.
I have missed 2 big updates 2 major weapon upgrades. My weapon is Shadowforge stage 4. Is there any way to fast track to the next raid level weapon?
