can't pick items from "received items"

there are 3 things I cant pick up "orb of anscension","treasure pouch","ordinary experience pouch". Funny enough I can pick up any other, but these things keep pilling up. I know there was a thread with something similar but I cant find any "unpack button", those little "check" buttons are grey...
