My characters are missing

It has been a year since I have played Blade & Soul.  My computer wasn't working.  Yesterday my husband updated the launcher so we can play again.  He still has his characters but mine are all gone.  I had one of each of class and my highest level class was around 30.  Trying to submit a ticket but the link is bugged and it just reloads the support page, even when I open the link in a new tab/window.  Last time I played was before they merged the servers and I was on a different server, maybe Hongmoon, and when they merged the servers my characters were lost.  My husband payed money in for me so I could have costumes and character slots.  I remade the last character I made but I don't want to start again from zero if I can help it.  This happen to anyone else?
