How long has it been since you emailed? I don't expect an immediate response. Much less now on weekend, so I'd wait until Monday or even Tuesday. As for "prove your identity", be ready to answer stuff like your character names and servers they are in. Stuff like the date of birth and any address you put on the account and other security questions. With so many people trying to steal accounts and identities out there, expect the process to be tight.
