after update, warlock's soulburn disappered, how to get it back?

after meeting a hongmoon master quest in the jadestone village, the warlock's soulburn disappered, i can no longer cast this soulburn.  does anyone know how to get it back or  it is the way it is now so that i can give up looking for it.
