I cannot see the Blue Quests

Hi

I cannot see Blue quest on the map or on NPCs, in fact in the first map when we starts from Lv 1 only I have 2 bue quests no more ant leveling up to 35 I do not saw more then 1% of normal quests.

This is a bug or else. Can I have some help guys?

This is normal most blue quests got removed.
