Did not receive the holiday bash gift pack rewards

I applied the code yesterday and immediately got the 7days premium (tyvm) but the event items(keys, costum, exp charm) didnt show up in my mail, some say I had to wait since there is some kind of overload on mails but a day later still nothing. Should I contact support for this?

I had the same problem. Remove items from your mailbox and you should receive it

I'm also have the same issue. Claimed code, premium status activated, but no items in delivery box.
