Glitched Textures(?)/Graphics Problem

So, I got BNS a while ago and for some reason the graphics re absolutely terrible and basically unplayable. My character looks like she's had her face ran over by a truck full force two times, weapons textures are even worse. I tried to go into the graphic settings but I can't change anything, I want to uncheck the auto options but it won't let me. My computer's pretty good and can run games at max graphics pretty smoothly, and I have lots of spare memory, the only problem is that I have a 32bit os with a 64x whatever.

You probably have the "low-end pc" option turned on.. Go to graphics, on the first tab. Disable it and you will be able to customize the graphics.
