Disconnects from server every 30 minutes.

It already takes this game 15-20 minutes to load up and it keeps disconnecting from the server after I'm on for 30 minutes to an hour. It has started to become annoying.

I don't understand what's going on ,got crash from game and now every time says some error.I can log just from my friend pc ...
