FPS issues.

Normally i get over 100fps Easily, Although i play on low-ish settings my computer doesnt have an issue running the game. But recently i have no idea what is causing the issue but my fps is always low (Peaks at around 34fps and in combat about 5fps) I have no idea what the issue is. Ive done file repairs many times and usually restarting my PC solves the issue but its a 50/50 it doesnt always solve it. If you have any ideas what this could be please let me know.

 

P.S. This has been an issue for about 2 weeks but not even 12 hours ago i was playing just fine with over 100fps, So this problem just seems to happen at random.

I have this same problem, windows 10, this game is just badly designed and it really annoying!
