What is that and how can I get it?!

So, after the false idols update i started to see soo many summoners cats dash a purple line with some musical notes.  Anyone knows from what is that? and how can i get it ? i tought it's from premium..but i got premium too and i never saw that purple effect on my cat!! I talked with that summoner and he is not wearing any specific outfit or weapon skin that can give that effect.  Anyone else noticed that ? I left some images with the effect i'm talking about..
