Outlaw Island Slashimi unload bug

In outlaw island during the mechanic for Slashimi when you go to pick up the armor you ripped off, if you unload while doing this (same button being f) which happens often you become locked in place and cannot move at all even after getting knocked down or roping forward. Its clearly a bug and the only way to fix it is to reset the fight. Its quite irritating as gunners dont have much control over this aside from not facing the boss when picking up the armor
