in Game Macro Delay

Hello ! did anyone got ingame macro delay for Light BM ? how i can fix it i hit like i use a boot ....

the in-game macros should be used ONLY and ONLY if you have physical contraints to press mutiple keys. As it kills your dps by a lot. If you are able to press buttons that will be way better.
