Oil Event was unfair!

I have recently reached 100% upgrade lineage on my gunner but I have only 2 oils left. Is there any chance you could please give me 13 oils? Please, I've miss calculated about the amount of oils I needed for brilliant soul. I thought reaching 100% instantly = getting brilliant fleeting soul. I've worked really hard to get the soul even when I had to study for university exams and it would be really depressing for me if I don't even succeed after reaching 100%.
