Destroyer Axe/bracelets still have no text + Destro subjugator bracelet doesnt work

Destro bracelets and weps still have no effect text, also the subjugator bracelet 200% dmg on typhoon doesnt work, u can use typhoon with the bracelet on or off and the dmg is literally the exact same which obviously should not be the case. Can we not go 2 months of this being a bug?
