i found some player play BNS with Two tabs i mean he play one pc two account use BNS buddy and BNS client

that was ilegal or not ?

Its call 'dual-box' and yes its against rules, but xigncode dont allow dual-box instance client start, so for do this its not bnsbuddy but some xigncode bypass that is illegal.
