Can't look up character names from F2

Hello,

 

I was wondering if anyone else has seen that when you write in a character's name on F2 it won't find the character even though it's a real character. So some people's alts are not searchable.

 

If the person speaks and you click the name it comes up. But if you just put in the name on the F2 search for some people they are unsearchable. I am not sure, but I have the impression it is usually smurfs who don't want their alts names known.

 

Other than that it's just random and some characters can't be looked up.

 

I was wondering if anyone knew why.
