Khanda Vihar issue

I could use some assistance regarding the raid Dawn of Khanda Vihar.

In the requirements, it says I need to finish "Khanda Vihar: Chapter 5"  quest to be able to participate in the raid but even after finishing it I am still unable to enter it with a party. However, I am able to enter it solo for some reason. I asked around in faction, clan, with friends, searched in forums, everything and no one has any idea why I'm unable to enter. 

Is there something I missed with the requirements or whats happening?

Any info would be greatly appreciated, friends! Help a noob out, please!

you can only do this quests once a week. so perhaps you already done it and have to wait for wednesday to reset or use a reset which i dont suggest

I never did the raid in the first place, that's the problem, I never once got in the raid, I didn't do the weekly ever since I finished the main quest. I don't know why it won't let me enter.

grab a screenshot of the current status and where the map points to when you hit track?  maybe support can help from there, too... but probably not
