Can we find a way to help starting players?

I was just curious and hopeful that maybe Ncsoft could find a way to start a Senpai,Master or jyansei to cricket event. For helping new players. My thoughts were both end game players and beginnning players would both receive some type of bonus for running dungeons together or dailies, etc. I think it would help a ton with an actual incentive for beginner players and seasoned alike.

There's just so many games that already have this option and I could just see it being nothing but good overall.  The game literally has the setup scenerio! I hope it can happen!

When you run with a player that has less than 10 clears in a dungeon you get extra loot drops.
