BD - Unneccessary skills on the cooldown bar

Hey. Since the 21st patch there is this annoying issue with cooldown aka unavailable skill bar. I noticed it only on BD tho. This bar shows now also skills which are normally visible on the skill bar, particulary Raid, Storm Cleave (which is on the cooldown bar shown as Dive Bomb or how that F skill on kd target icon is btw), Flaming/Whirling Scourge, Guardian Tempest (which is shown as blank black icon btw). I hope this is not an 'issue' because it can be in some situations quite confusing.
