Character gone

So basically I restarted my whole pc and once I downloaded Blade & Soul again my character was gone. Is there any way to get my character back or is it just gone forever?

No the character is not gone...

 

this is 99% the case, if you start with the wrong region. If you install it, it sets the region to default (I think it is NA), so if you are playing on EU, you need to change that. So check your region. If you got the right region, contact support, they should be able to help you.
