Nirvana Outfit Achievement

So uhh, is it a bug, or how come the Title that comes with Equipping the outfit, "Nirvana" doesn't unlock after you equip it?
Am I missing something?

If i am not mistaking the Nirvana outfit that unlocks the achievement is a different costume version not the mushin tower one.
