Got Banned Permanently

Hello there,
As you can see in the title,

my account got banned Permanently,
which was Aransu BM already.......

i sent a lot of tickets, most of them got ignored, others got respond with (This account is banned Permanently) and even said (we feel it is in the best interest of our player communities)

in the following tickets numbers: (request (17053199)) (request (15979025)) (request (16521116) (request (16650058))

Is it fair to just block anyone like this?

and letting hundreds or hours and efforts and money go for nothing?
