Help!

Heya guys! 

I wanted to ask someone to help me out with BnS. I am a new(ish) player and I do not now how to do dungeons and other stuff. I have lvl 55 HM 8 and I require help in uderstanding how it's done. I have waited about 2 hours in dungeon finder. 

Who may help me and he/she is in the eu server please contact me if you want to help.
