Premium Daily Box

So I'm hoping someone may have an answer to this, I went to buy a daily premium box and I got the message that I had reached my max for the day. I didn't purchase one today but I did last night at 9pm. Is there a certain number of hours that I have to wait to get a new one? Or does the ability to get one reset with the dailies reset at 7am EST?

The shop resets at 7pm (eastern) when you see the new announcement for daily specials. So, yeah, the one last night at 9pm counts for today.
