Trease Pouch Farming - Which method is better

Is it better to farm pouches from celestial basin or shattered masts?

As always I'd say everything is relative to each one's personal tastes, but the main point for me would be that Celestial Basin doesn't require anyone to run, is open, and even if you can quickly run Masts solo, you'd be better off farming Basin for the exp and mini boss there on top of the pouches.
