Charged for ncoins but received nothing

Hello, 

I dont know where to write anymore, cuz noone from support ever answers. I bought Ncoins almost two days ago via credit card, got charged for it, but received nothing. When i tried that again with paypal, it worked normally. But when they first aswered me from suppor (first and last time lol) they said they got big volume of purchases, but that seems unlikely, since paypal works. So, does anyone know what to do in this situation?

If they charged you and you received nothing, I'd advise to ask for a refund. It's basically scamming since you spent money and didn't receive what you were supposed to get. 

So either ask for a refund or demand the coins, since they're already aware you bought them hence the poor excuse "There's a large volume of purchases".
