Launcher Is Blocked IN 99%

Look at this pls any help ? Its 30 min like this I dont know why, ?

The launcher tries to repair your BnS installation. It seems to fail for some reason or "0/22.3 KB" is just a display error. Have a look at the LED of your hard drive. If it is on and doesn't flicker the repair is already in progress and can take up to a couple of hours. Just wait. If the LED is off or flickers close the launcher, disable your firewall and virus scanner, then right click on it and run it with administrator permissions. If this doesn't work uninstall BnS and install it into a directory like "c:\bns". Do not install it in a subdir of "programs" or "programs (x86)".
