It doesn't have to run 60 FPS all the time, but the important thing is it must NOT stutter and freeze.

 

basically it has to be good enough to not gimp your class.

 

I'm hoping for under 400$, if not 300$

it has 8 gig menory, an ssd, the recommended AMD cpu, and a gtx 750, which is supposed to be better then the reccomended card.
