Crash on minimum freezing

Hi, 
I don't know why my game crash on minimum freeze. 
Never happened! The game not running perfectly but is playable with good fps. 
I disabled all the 3rd programs but nothing works. 
Anyway I play tera that is heavier then this game so I shouln't have problems. 
What should I do? Thank you for help!!

Is there a pattern to it? Are you doing a certain action or quest that makes you crash?
