Unfair new system upgradde

Ok so basically, now you have to upgrade legendary accessories 4 times (1>3 / 4>6 / 7>9 / 9>10), just like the bracelet have been always, I really think this is good for new accessories, pretty comfortable specially for alts, BUT.... what about OLD accessories? In other words, the accs I had already at stage 6 and just needed Leg Jewels to max it now i need to pay twice again, just... why... is not fair, having to pay AGAIN when you already did before, and more

If you were neck stage 9,5 you lose the 0,5 and dont get anything in return. 

 

Support was willing toboffer me a revert tonstage 6 giving me 51 jewels, i spend aroune 60 to get to stage 9 neck (from stage 6).
