Legendary Accessories Stage 7

So anyone that previously had a legendary accessory stage 6 is now forced to breakthrough again at stage 7?

 

I understand that Draken > Stage 1 breakthrough was removed, but now anyone that stuck to stage 6 before the newest patch would be forced to breakthrough 3 times just to get to max.
