Summoner's Raven-feather Mystic Badge - Need a revamp

Through patches of skill balances, Skyrift and Pulse Mystic badges for Summoner has gone from being decent to next to useless. Summoner is also the only class that has no offensive benefits from Raven-Feather badges.

 

About Skyrift:

-Ideally, you would want to use this to reduce cooldown of Bomb Away!. However, despite of having a strong damage modification, Bomb Away! uses cat stat to deal damage, which is pathetically weak. In term of pvp, it might have some use cuz it reduces cooldown of V knockdown, but no one uses Week Whack in 6v6 cuz root is much more useful. Plus, isn't it strange that while every class has useful PvE badge, Summoner gets stuck with a PvP-oriented one?

 

About Pulse:

-Before, when Z heal was not implemented, this badge was preferred for boosting party-healing of Doom'n'Gloom. However, after Z heal is introduced, this badge no longer does anything except from healing the cat. It is extremely rare for a content where bosses can actually kill cats, and you can just Q or E it to protect it from deadly attack instead.

 

For something that costs 50-60 feathers, these badges are completely useless. They don't even consider the build of Summoner: nothing for Wind build or Earth build.

 

Summoner only has an expensive and hardest-to-get Mystic badge to boost their DPS - Aransu Mystic badge, which is from the hardest raid boss of this game. These Raven-feather badges need a rework as DPS buffer between having no badge and having Aransu badge.
