Any explanation for this?

Why is it when I'm outside of dungeons, running Mushin's Tower or farming peaches my ping is around 150 ms, max 200. But once I go to F8 it jumps to 380+ and yesterday it jumped to 800ms, I just closed the game in frustration. Why this happens? Is it because someone else in the dungeon is it because of me, why?

This happens to me too, seems like other players can drain the bandwith pt members or something like that, remember that now there's a new automatic global latency, gives more stability to the ones that are farther from the server and those who are closer get the amount of bandwith reduced.
