f2 and f5 help

after reinstalling the game on a new hdd, and then opening the game this is what i see in f2 and f5  https://imgur.com/a/sEJ0C  32bit/64bit, nothing. compatabilty mode, nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing still the same not even file repair caught it, how on earth do you get it back, was working fine on my 5year old hdd, only changed cause it was getting slower, my old hdd. now shits broken af and i need to find how to fix it.

update: i got pissed, uninstalled/deleted alot of applications, games and unused files on my os drive and then used ccleaner and rebooted and it works now. no idea what tf happened that caused the issue but its fixed.
