Skills info?

Do any one know what skill 4 Tracking and Clear Shot are for? I know that tracking increase yr distance a bit to max 20m and keep yr camera back to yr target if you slot right skill. But 0 idea how  they work...

As far as I know Clear Shot only effects Changeup's damage but I haven't been able to actually test any other abilities. Apparently, according to a friend of mine, Clear Shot on both classes actually does amp all your ability damage so long as you're within kissing distance of the target. Take everything I said with a grain of salt because I haven't actually been able to research it.
