Fashion Trove?

I am curious but is it me or are the crits in the Summer Trove a bit odd? Out of the 11 crits (random crits and the 40/40) that I encountered, 7 of them offered me the sailor outfits, unicorn pet, and 3 legendary jewel/ element (along with some small fry stuff, i.e. food, fortune potion). Are the crits highly favoring fashion rather than materials and items? If not, I would like to hear the experiences of other players. Am I just lucky? While I am glad to buy enough copies of outfits that appeared (for my main and alt), I just want to know if this was intended.

I know one of my friends has a whole bunch of outfits and adornments from trove in his inventory too. I on the other hand got the same pages like ten billion times and none of them had outfits or pets (they were mainly the legendary elements page or khanda vihar reset page). I want some outfits and adornments too :(
