dowload client too slow any solution?

hello , first sorry for my bad english 

 

I come back after 2 mounts on a new computer ( can use the old he is bloken ) , so i start dowload the game again , but only sh it the dowload bug ? he drop rate to 500 kb/s to 0 every time , and come back to 200 - 300 for drop out to 0 again , so the dowload for this game make me 1 000 years ? any solution?

I remember having this issue awhile back! Its very annoying...The only options i see is go to a friends house and download it or sit there and keep hitting update x.x
