Disabling Auto GCD

 Is there a way to do this without using some fishy 3rd party tools ? I can't even hit twice after a cc while i used to kill in 5-7 secs max before this implementation ... Why has it made everything worse for me when it's considered as improvement for others ? ( 90 to 140 in-game ms )
