i used to be cerulean because crimson was full but then i just changed fraction. After that i can only do 2 daily fraction quests. My friend changed her fraction as well and she can do her fraction daily quests in the cinder lands .-. while i cant

Your faction rank matters. You may have lose your previous faction rank and it was lowered to Initiate when you are switching to a higher membership faction. There are some faction quest that have FACTION RANK pre-requisite. This is why some daily faction quest isn't available to you. I guess you need to re-level up your faction rank by doing the available daily faction quest to lvl up your rank or exchange prestige point to contribution point.
