Beginner Quests Bugs

[Burning Fade]

Upon doing one of the tutorial quests, the item "Practice Citrine" is stuck in my inventory after completion of the quest. I can't sell,trade, or destroy it. I would appreciate if something can be done to remove this item from my inventory.

 

Another bug I have come upon is that the quest "Warrior's Wares" is not possible to complete. I pressed f10/ ctrl + c several times to upon the hongmoon store. I could access the store but the quest wouldn't act upon me opening the store. Opening the store wouldn't do anything to trigger the next step in the quest in other words.

I got rid of the practice citrine by placing it in a weapons' gem socket and then selling the weapon.

I had the same bug just contact support and they will fix it in no time
