Is anyone still lagging?

Despite the attacks themselves seemingly over, there seems to be an issue with some players. I was in the arena lobby and getting massive lag, and the lag seemed to be with some other players as well. I decided to do a traceroute and I didn't even end up in Austin... I ended up in San Francisco the first time with a timeout of 15, then I increased the timeout to 25, bounced around Europe before finally landing in Atlanta. This really sucks. I just want to play the flippin game!
