launcher problem help!!

I want to install BNS to my computer but i can't because when i start launcher i log in and thats ok , but i can't see letters

no letters, i start update and i can't see amount of download and no other letter is so frustrating..

and isn't downloading.. what can i do to fix this?  my computer is windows xp
