Will Raven Feathers Ever Be Account Bound?

I have encounter a small problem in getting Raven Feathers, because you need 50 Feathers for premium player to get a Mystic Badge and another 60 to max out 1 of your Skybreak Spire accessory. This will be hard for a player that can't play the game for long or can't join a raid cause of his/her gear or PC specs. I think a lot of other players have same issue. So I was just wondering if Raven Feathers will ever be account bound and really hope that they will.

I don't think gear should be a problem since you should be maxing out everything else that you can while waiting for a raid which would easily put you at the ap required to get into a raid. You can get into a raid with 800+ ap. I do agree with the acct bound raven feathers though since I have some on my alts that I got from troves that I would like to transfer to my main.
