Why am I consistently getting 20-25 FPS? I've got a pretty overkill desktop, with two 980 TI graphics cards, so I don't understand why I am locked at 23 frames per second. What's funny is that I have tried turning the graphics all the way down to the lowest settings, and that brought my FPS down further to 18 FPS. It's worst in dungeons during the boss fights. I get 5 FPS and can barely move, so the team thinks I'm sitting there leeching. That, or I get my ace kicked by the boss because my commands aren't registering during the frameskips. Highly irritating. Is this game not optimized or something?

Well its clearly not your pc. but you should be getting more than that. i have the same gpu and i get 45-50 fps on world bosses in CB.
