Divine Dragon vs Tiger

I've been hearing very conflicting things about both tiers of legendary bracelets from multiple people -- some say dragon is better for sustained and overall better, but that Tiger is better for burst and inflicting massive dps in a short time and whatnot, but I've been wondering if anyone with the bracelets can place their own personal inputs with how they've been faring with their legendary bracelets, and whether they've been happy with it or not.

Ex. Pre Tiger bracelet, Critical dragoncalls under Siphon would do x damage, and after with Tiger and Siphon critical dragoncalls now do x damage

Dragon is for quick kills (pvp, ToI, yunsang, and etc.) and tiger is for overall (pve). It has been tested (thank Nodah) and I'd recommend to get both.
