STORY Pet aura and Penguin pet

In the story, you receive a free pet aura and penguin pet simultaneously at the same time as a reward. However, the pet cannot be transmuted into enhancement stones to upgrade the aura. So my question is: Was that intentional or is this a bug? Was the penguin not suppose to be able to fuel the pet aura? What is the purpose of the penguin if the aura has better stats?

it is intended. You can use the penguin pet as an appearance to that aura.
