Nameplate Disappearing during combat

So recently my name plate has been disappearing during combat and would reappear once again when I get out of combat. I've read up online how nividia control panel might be affecting it so i changed some of the setting yet it's still happening. Anyone know of a permanent solution to this? I can't even play in dungeons without me messing up mechs cuz i cant see my parties name over their heads especially in the big 3 dungeons.

Maybe its your ingame configuration: O>Game>Name>Functions>Non-target Name Transparency, Set this to 0.

That is intended as far as I know, if I turn away from Meganura to hit an egg, I can briefly see my party members' health bars, but they're almost completely transparent when I'm fighting. Like, I can make out their general position (hard to determine if they're to the front or back of me), but not exact position. But yeah, Itaita's solution should work if you want to make them permanently visible.
